1.1.2.9. Automatic glare-free electrochromic rear-view mirror

This system uses two sensors which are installed on an internal rear-view mirror to find distinctions in intensity of light getting on a rear-view mirror behind the vehicle and light surrounding the vehicle.

At night, if the big difference in intensity of the surrounding light and light getting on an internal rear-view mirror from headlights of the vehicles moving behind the system automatically takes place reduces coefficient of reflection of a mirror and thus damps light brightness in a mirror (fig. 1.12).
