Turn a pulley of a bent shaft and combine it to risk with a tag "0" on a GRM drive chain cover. Make sure that tags on asterisks are combined with tags on covers No. 1 and No. 2 of bearings of camshafts.

Measure a gap in the drive of the valves shown in the figure 2.174.
Measure by the probe a gap between a pusher and a nape of a cam of the camshaft. Write down values of size of the gap going beyond the specified limits. These values will be used later for selection of necessary size of a pusher.
Standard gap in the drive of valves (on the cold engine):
inlet – 0,19–0,29 mm;
final – 0,30–0,40 mm.

Turn a bent shaft on one turn (360 °) and combine tags. Check gaps in the drive of the valves shown in the figure 2.175, having repeated the above-stated procedure.
