2.3.5.1. General information

ETCS-i application (An intellectual control system of a butterfly valve with the electric drive) allowed to provide the improved management of an accelerator. ACIS application (Acoustic management of system of an admission) improved performance data of the engine. Application of a control system of system of an admission allowed to reduce noise and to improve performance data of the engine. The two-level control system of release provides noise reduction and fluctuations in the main muffler. The EGR system (Recirculation of exhaust gases) is used for reduction of concentration and management of education the DREAM.
The amount of the air coming to the engine is defined by the angle of opening of a butterfly valve and frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine. The stream of air passes the air filter, the channel of the case of butterfly valves and comes to the top part of an inlet collector from where it is distributed on engine cylinders. At a low temperature of cooling liquid the valve of a control system of idling rotation frequency opens, and air comes to the top part of an inlet collector on a bypass in addition to the air passing through a butterfly valve. At warming up of the engine even if the butterfly valve is completely closed, air comes to the top part of an inlet collector, therefore, the idling rotation frequency (the 1st step of management of idling rotation frequency) increases. The top part of an inlet collector reduces pulsations of an air stream.
