Measure by a micrometer diameter of a pusher of the valve (fig. 2.280).
Diameter of a pusher – 30,968–30,976 mm.
Calculate an oil gap. Subtract value of diameter of a pusher from value of diameter of boring under a pusher in the case of a head and define a gap. Oil gap:
standard – 0,024–0,050 mm;
maximum – 0,07 mm.
If the gap exceeds the most admissible, replace a pusher. If necessary replace a head of the block of cylinders.
