3.3.13.2. Installation of the valvate block of the automatic transmission

Install 5 electromagnetic valves of gear shifting and fix them by 5 bolts (fig. 3.107).
Inhaling moment:
A bolt: 6,6 N · m;
B bolt: 10,8 N · m.
Bolt length:
A bolt: 12 mm;
B bolt: 45 mm.
Establish a spring and the case of the backpressure valve.

Combine a groove of the manual valve with a pin on the lever (see fig. 3.105).
Establish 17 bolts of fastening.
Inhaling moment: 10,8 N · m.

ATTENTION
For installation of the valve drown the valvate block, overcoming action of a spring of the piston of the hydroaccumulator and case of the backpressure valve. At first temporarily tighten the bolts noted by an asterisk in the figure 3.108 as they are adjusting.

Bolt length:
A bolt: 25 mm;
B bolt: 41 mm;
bolt of C: 45 mm.
Grease a new sealing ring of an oil filter with working liquid for the automatic transmission.
Establish a sealing ring of an oil filter.
Establish an oil filter and fix it by 3 bolts.
Inhaling moment: 10,8 N · m.
Grease a new sealing ring of the sensor of temperature of working liquid of the transmission with working liquid for the automatic transmission.
Install the sensor, a bolt and a lock plate.
Inhaling moment: 6,6 N · m.
Connect 5 sockets of electromagnetic valves of gear shifting.
Install 2 magnets in the oil pallet.
Grease bolts of fastening of the pallet with sealant.
Sealant: THREE BOND 2430 or analog.
Install the oil pallet, laying and tighten 18 bolts.
Inhaling moment: 7,8 N · m.

ATTENTION
As bolts have to sit densely, apply on them sealant and tighten in 15 min. after use of sealant.

Fill in and check working liquid of the automatic transmission.
