3.3.13. Replacement of the valvate block of the automatic transmission




Remove the right lower cover of the engine.
Remove a drain stopper with laying and merge working liquid from the transmission. Establish new laying and a drain stopper.
Inhaling moment: 49 N · m.

Turn off 18 bolts and carefully remove the oil pallet (fig. 3.99).

Investigate wear particles in the pallet. Remove 2 magnets and use them for collecting steel shaving. Attentively examine shaving and particles in the pallet and on a magnet to estimate wear of the transmission. If in a suspension the steel shaving and particles reacting to a magnet prevails – bearings, gear wheels and plates are worn-out. If in a suspension the brass shaving and particles which are not reacting to a magnet prevails – bearings (fig. 3.100) are worn-out.
Disconnect 5 sockets of electromagnetic valves of gear shifting.

Remove a bolt and a lock plate and disconnect the sensor of temperature of working liquid of the transmission (fig. 3.101).

Turn off 3 bolts of fastening and remove an oil filter (fig. 3.102).

ATTENTION
At removal of an oil filter be ready that from it a liquid quantity will flow out.
